beWELL Programs

The future of leadership is relational, inclusive, and emotionally attuned. As Millennials and Gen Z shape the new workforce majority, they’re calling for cultures built on purpose, autonomy, and care. But traditional leadership models often fall short — resulting in burnout, disengagement, and lost opportunities for connection.

At WellSeek, we believe emotional well-being isn’t a perk — it’s the pulse of thriving organizations. Our beWELL Programs equip leaders and teams to cultivate cultures of care that foster trust, spark authentic dialogue, and drive meaningful impact. When people feel safe and valued, they unlock not just performance — but possibility.

Investing in people is no longer optional. It’s how today’s teams feel seen, and tomorrow’s systems begin to heal.

Workshops | beWELL Spaces

Intimate and immersive, beWELL Spaces blend the intimacy of a fireside chat with the depth of a facilitated workshop. Whether featuring an internal leader or a thought partner from our collective, each session bridges personal story with organizational purpose.

Participants engage through curated prompts that turn inspiration into action — exploring how care, leadership, and impact show up in their roles and relationships. These hybrid sessions are ideal for:

  • Leadership teams seeking deeper alignment

  • ERGs and affinity groups exploring identity and belonging

  • Company-wide events that spark meaningful engagement

Advisory | beWELL Journeys

beWELL Journeys are structured through a retainer model, adapting to each phase of growth — from pilot activation to a flagship high-impact initiative — to provide consistent support, strategic depth, and integrated implementation. Each engagement begins by guiding internal teams through reflective relational work to build emotional equity from within, before expanding outward into brand activations, customer experiences, and community-led impact.

Rooted in facilitated dialogue, values-driven design, and emotional insight, each Journey meets organizations and their leaders where they are — helping them navigate complexity, cultivate trust, and activate care as a strategic imperative.

  • Executive teams seeking clarity, resonance, and relational depth

  • Organizations navigating transformation or scaling impact

  • Brands committed to investing in their people and their communities

  • Global partners exploring emotional equity across cultural contexts

See Who We've Partnered With for Success

We partnered with OLLY to align their brand, social impact, and workplace wellness initiatives — a collaboration that helped integrate emotional wellness into both internal culture and external storytelling, garnering positive press coverage in Forbes. By championing a foundation for resilient organizations and communities, we helped destigmatize mental health conversations and cultivate belonging within and beyond the workplace.

Dr. Monica Mo's keynote, Seeding The Shift, sparked a company-wide dialogue around emotional wellness and leadership. Her public conversations during World Mental Health Day and AAPI Heritage Month reached thousands across OLLY’s platforms, deepening cultural connection and visibility. A multi-year partnership with our non-profit SeekHer supported research and led to the creation of care resources for women and underrepresented mental health practitioners.

WellSeek's human-centered approach to work well-being was featured in the Shorty Impact Award-winning series "The Workplace Report". Part of Indeed & WSJ's "Leading The Way on Talent" program, we collaborated with the production team to develop exclusive video and article content highlighting Dr. Mo's personal story and the power of open dialogue in the workplace.

As one of only two U.S. workplace leaders featured, Dr. Mo’s message — that employees thrive when treated as whole people — contributed to a broader public conversation around emotional wellness and relational leadership. This media feature reflects growing recognition of emotional equity as a vital lens within today’s workplace discourse, serving as an urgent call for today’s leaders to champion connection as a strategic business imperative.

During Marshalls' NYC launch of The Good Stuff Social Club with Priyanka Chopra Jonas, we co-created a workshop experience centered on emotional boundaries, balance, and self-worth. Led by Dr. Mo, the interactive session empowered women to tap into inner clarity while celebrating collective strength.

Following the event, the conversation continued online through SeekHer Foundation’s community care space, with guided practices offered to support women’s ambitions and emotional well-being. This experience activated care across digital and in-person touchpoints — embedding emotional resonance into a high-visibility brand initiative.

At MongoDB.live, Dr. Mo led a brain break session titled Why Wellness Isn’t Binary for a tech-driven audience navigating high stress and performance culture. The session guided attendees to rethink rigid wellness expectations, integrate science-backed insights, and adopt holistic practices for personal and professional sustainability. Client feedback highlighted the session as unexpectedly grounding and refreshingly human, modeling how wellness can be embedded within even the most fast-paced professional cultures.
