Workplaces and communities are carrying more than ever — burnout, disconnection, and the ongoing uncertainty shaping daily life. Leaders are expected to hold it all: support well‑being, navigate conflict, sustain performance, and shape culture, often without the relational grounding or tools to do so sustainably.

Emotional well‑being isn’t an add‑on; it’s the foundation of healthy systems and the cultures they create. Rooted in our framework for emotional sustainability, beWELL Programs turn lived organizational experience into relational practices that strengthen trust, deepen connection, and help teams move through change with steadiness and care.

Bringing Emotional Sustainability Into Practice

Organizations enter this work from different starting points. Some need shared language. Some need space for honest dialogue. Others need support in strengthening culture. We meet teams where they are, helping them build the relational capacity that makes meaningful change possible.

We walk alongside leaders and teams as they translate emotional sustainability into everyday practice across sectors, from wellness and retail to tech and education. Through a social impact partnership with SeekHer Foundation, organizations can also extend their impact beyond the workplace and directly into the communities they serve.

Partnerships That Evolve Wellness Within Culture

When emotional sustainability enters a space, it changes how people relate, lead, and make sense of themselves. Here’s a glimpse of what that shift feels like in real time.

Our multi‑year partnership with OLLY has grown into a steady, values‑aligned collaboration that brings emotional sustainability into both their internal culture and their public storytelling. What began as advisory support has expanded over five years into community programs, narrative alignment, and ongoing thought partnership — helping OLLY integrate emotional wellness into their brand identity, social impact commitments, and workplace well‑being efforts. This long‑term collaboration has strengthened their cultural resonance and garnered positive press coverage in Forbes, reflecting the depth of their investment in this work.

Across this partnership, Dr. Monica Mo has also supported OLLY’s public‑facing moments, moderating high‑stakes cultural conversations with public figures during product launches and at Create & Cultivate’s Future Summit during SXSW. These panels invited nuanced dialogue around emotional wellness, leadership, and identity, expanding OLLY’s reach while grounding their storytelling in authenticity and care. Her keynote, Seeding The Shift, sparked a company‑wide dialogue around emotional wellness and leadership, setting the tone for continued learning across the organization. Social media conversations during World Mental Health Day and AAPI Heritage Month reached thousands across OLLY’s platforms, deepening visibility, connection, and trust with their community.

Through our partnership with SeekHer Foundation, OLLY has also expanded its impact beyond the workplace. Together, we’ve co‑created research, care resources, and community‑centered initiatives designed for women and underrepresented mental health practitioners — extending emotional support across both organizational and community spaces. This collaboration continues to evolve as OLLY deepens its commitment to supporting women across generations, building a strategy that honors every era of life.

WellSeek’s human‑centered approach to work well‑being was featured in the Shorty Impact Award–winning series The Workplace Report, part of Indeed and The Wall Street Journal’s “Leading the Way on Talent” program. We collaborated with the production team to shape exclusive video and editorial content that highlighted Dr. Mo’s personal story and the power of open, emotionally grounded dialogue in the workplace.

As one of only two U.S. leaders featured, Dr. Mo helped broaden the public conversation around emotional wellness and relational leadership. Her message — that employees thrive when treated as whole people — contributed to a growing recognition of emotional equity as a vital lens for today’s workplaces, offering leaders a clearer path toward cultures rooted in connection and care.

For Marshalls’ NYC launch of The Good Stuff Social Club with Priyanka Chopra Jonas, we co‑created an interactive workshop experience centered on emotional boundaries, balance, and self‑worth. Led by Dr. Mo, the session invited women to reconnect with inner clarity while celebrating collective strength — bringing emotional sustainability into a culturally visible brand activation.

The conversation continued through SeekHer Foundation’s community care space, where guided practices supported women’s ambitions and emotional well‑being beyond the event. This partnership wove emotional resonance across in‑person and digital touchpoints, demonstrating how care can be activated within consumer‑facing cultural moments.

At MongoDB.live, Dr. Mo led a grounding session titled Why Wellness Isn’t Binary for a tech audience navigating high stress and performance culture. The session invited attendees to rethink rigid wellness expectations, integrate science‑backed insights, and adopt more sustainable practices for both personal and professional well‑being.

Client feedback highlighted the experience as unexpectedly humanizing and deeply grounding — a reminder that emotional sustainability can take root even within the most fast‑paced technical environments, offering teams a more expansive and compassionate way to navigate pressure.
